Austin Young Chamber - FAVE Award Finalist Nominee

Recently I was honored as a FAVE Award Finalist by the Austin Young Chamber at their 13th Annual FAVE Awards ceremony.

Every year, the Austin Young Chamber, which is like the Chamber of Commerce but for young professionals, celebrates and recognizes businesses and individuals making an impact in the city of Austin.

Special awards included FAVE Small Business, FAVE Innovative Company, and FAVE ChangeMaker.

I was honored to be selected as one of four ChangeMaker Finalists, across hundreds of impact-makers across the city, for my work driving innovation, connectivity, and positive workplace culture with organizations, leaders, and teams.

The Emotional Culture Deck workshops that I lead with companies, and the executive coaching and advising work I do with leaders, are transformative for the productivity, performance, and connection in teams.

Nominees for this award must be 40 or under as of December 31, 2022.

The ChangeMaker of the Year is a person "who has achieved extraordinary business success and strengthened a deep-rooted passion for community."

Austin Young Chamber ChangeMakers pave the way for the future by driving innovation, changing the status quo, and bringing the community closer together.

There were 13 different categories, recognizing 52 phenomenal nominees across various categories, like FAVE Company Culture, FAVE Local Nonprofit, FAVE Innovative Company, and FAVE Legendary Austin Brand.

Finalists included small businesses, women and minority-owned businesses, and large-scale global brands like Tito's Vodka.
